By proceeding with a purchase, you are in agreement with our terms and conditions.
Please note that all pricing includes GST. Pricing excludes shipping charges, government charges and on-road costs. Goods remain the property of Just Tippers (Australia) Pty Ltd until funds are cleared and payment has been received.
Confirmation of Orders
Your order is not processed until payment has been received. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you a copy of your invoice. Please ensure all contact details and delivery information and any requested changes have been properly documented on your invoice. Please notify us immediately of any errors on your invoice.
We offer a number of convenient delivery options.
- Pick up at Just Tippers headquarters
We will contact you to arrange a pick up time that is convenient for you.
- For larger parcels, ask us for a competitive shipping quote via Road Transport
We deliver Australia wide! Obtain your consignment number for easy tracking.
- For smaller parcels, ask us for a quote via Australia Post
For small parcels under 1 metre in length, we are happy to provide you with a quote.
Once your order has been processed, delivery time varies on your location, however we can typically deliver within 3-10 working days. If your order is urgent, please ensure you note this in the comments, so we may prioritise your order. We have many delivery options to get your parcel to you as promptly as possible.
Out of Stock Items
Many items are in stock and we do strive in keeping adequate stock to fulfil all orders. However, from time to time certain products may be out of stock as our products are sold nationally daily. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time prior to proceeding with your order.
Change of mind / Refunds
We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and as such encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing. We kindly ask you to choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or faulty items
We thoroughly check and carefully package items prior to delivery. A refund is not available for change of mind. If you have any questions about the goods received, please contact us with 2 days of receiving your parcel.
Please note that used items are sold "as is condition" with all faults/wear and tear.

We make every effort to display our products and colour charts as clearly and accurately as possible, however, Just Tippers (Australia) Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. Computer screen colour settings vary and may affect the way products appear. Please feel free to contact us if you require additional images of our products prior to purchasing.
